Men's Bible Study Men's Bible Study meets every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. for one hour. "God's" Word Today" is used as a study guide. The guide focuses on one particular;ar book of the bible each month with recommended readings for each day of the week. On Saturday the previous week's readings are discussed. The group is also committed to action supporting ministries in which the members are involved within the parish and in outreach to the greater community with activities, such as, adopting needy families. All men of the parish are welcome.
Small Christian Communities Small Faith Communities are groups of 8 - 15 parishioners who gather regularly in one another's homes. In this era of "mega-parishes" it can be difficult to feel as though one is really part of a faith community. small Christian Communities exist for mutual support, for on-going learning and formation in faith, for reflection on Scripture and Church teaching, for encouragement and accountability of action inspired by the gospel, and for prayer and worship. Anyone who is interested in connection faith and life is most welcome to participate.
Whole Community Catechesis
As and alternative or in addition to weekly Faith formation classes, we offer a program for the who parish community.,
Once a month families, singles, couples without children come together to share faith and learn about God, the church and each other as whole group or in age appropriate groupings. This group meets monthly on scheduled Sundays from September through May. The program goes from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. with the hope that the majority of folks will attend the 12;00 mass concluding the faith sharing with the liturgy. All will receive materials to work on at home to provide continuity for the next meeting. You can register for this program through the Religious Education/Faith Formation Office.
