God has chosen grandparenting as a way to bring us closer to God’s self. We  learn from grandchildren: our defenses are down with them, we are motivated to become the people of huge compassion they deserve. God calls grandparents to share their wisdom and love in a special way: the work of grandparents is the work of the Church, a ministry and a calling. This session will encourage grandparents and other caregivers to appreciate and improve what we do naturally—love the grandkids. isn’t that the most effective way to pass on our faith? Participants are asked to bring photos of their grandchildren or whatever children they nurture.
