Welcome to St. Joan's new community platform! In ParishStaq, we can participate in groups, find our friends, manage our giving, and more. Here you can see the onboarding process to minimize issues.
- You will receive an activation email. You will click on the activation button. This will launch your default web browser; you cannot activate your account through the app!
- In your web browser, you will be prompted for a password and then taken to the login page.
- Enter your email address and password on the login page. It is very important that you use the email address to which the activation email was sent. You can change your email address later if you want.
- If you are prompted with a privacy policy, accept the policy after reading it.
- In the upper right-hand corner is the default avatar. Click on the avatar, then on Profile, finally on Edit Profile.
- Verify your mobile phone number.
- Click/tap on the drop-down for Carrier and select your mobile carrier (this helps with the texting system).
- Verify all the other information.
- If you are using your phone or a tablet, go ahead and add a photo to replace the default avatar.
- Now that your account is set up, click on "Groups" in the menu on the left of the screen and click/tap on "My Groups."
- If you don't see some of your groups, click on the magnifying glass in the "Find a Group" line at the top of the screen and enter the group you are looking for.
- If you find the group, click on the link to request to join.
- If you don't find the group that you were in on Realm, contact ParishStaq_Help@sjasr.org.
